English: "Lady of the Lake", Irvinestown. Tradition has it that a graceful lady walked through the mists of May and made her way from island to island clad in flowing garments, surrounded by light and carrying in her had a bunch of beautiful wild flowers. To the people of old she became know as The Lady of the Lake and her appearance was a sign of good times ahead.
